Work

Designing with people, for people.

I design things, lead teams, and help businesses grow by starting with people, thinking in systems, connecting human and business value, and sweating the details. My journey spans startups, consulting gigs, agencies, and big tech. The companies below represent some of the standout collaborations and teams that shaped how I work.

  1. Human first

    Start with people.
    Make it useful.

Understand what people are trying to accomplish, then remove what stands in their way.

  2. Think in systems

    Design the system,
    not just the screen.

Connect products, workflows, teams, and decisions so the whole experience holds together.

  3. Shared value

People and business reinforce each other.

Help people succeed while creating measurable growth, retention, and opportunity.

  4. Sweat the details

    Quality builds trust.

Hold a high bar for craft, clarity, and coherence, and help teams reach it consistently.
